This Package gives you an opportunity to visit Murchison Falls National Park. On this trip, you will walk through the footsteps of Sir Samuel and Florence Baker, and Ernest Hemingway. You will photograph the breathtaking worlds’ most powerful waterfall, witness the best of Uganda’s stunning lushes combined with spectacular landscapes and the big five mammals of the Pearl of Africa. Experience the most beautiful birds such as saddle-park, shoebill, and red-throated bee-eater. All this will leave you with a memorable safari experience.

Day 1: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park

You will have an early breakfast, and drive to Murchison Falls National Park.

Murchison Falls National Park

This is Ugandas’ largest NP (3893Sq. Kms), it was named after its Murchison Falls, where the longest River Nile explodes amazingly through a gorge 7 metres wide and tumbles 43 metres then after flows west into Lake Albert. Murchison Falls named Sir Roderick Murchison who was the President of the Royal Geographical Society. They were named by explorer Sir Samuel Baker. This Park is rich in Biodiversity as you will see when there.

Day 2: Game drive and Boat Cruise in Murchison Falls NP

Have a very early breakfast, and then proceed for a half day game drive on the northern sector of this NP. You will be accompanied by the armed ranger guide. On this drive you will see the animals such as Buffaloes, Elephants, Antelopes including the sitatungas and Kobs, big cats such as Lions and Leopards.

After lunch you will proceed to Paraa for a boat cruise trip along River Nile. Here you will view animals such as Crocodiles, Hippos, Elephants and numerous water bird species all at very close range.

Day 3: Top of falls Rhino tracking in Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary   

After your breakfast, you will go for a hike to the top of the mighty Murchison Falls, taking an aerial view of the white water falls squeezing to pass through the narrow gorge also called the devils cauldron forming the signature rainbow, viewing the great veld savanna and its landscapes in the park. You will proceed to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary to see the southern white Rhinos. Then after lunch embark on the journey home.
